Cashback Terms

  • To be eligible to receive the NabyPay cashback offer (the “Offer”), applicants must open a NabyPay account which means they have completed registration and are eligible to process transactions. The account must be in good standing; with no history of chargebacks, disputed payments or suspected fraudulent activity. Account registration eligibility criteria and customary know your customer checks apply.
  • The Offer includes a £50 cashback reward – this is subject to qualification requirements (see paras. 3-5 below).
  • The Offer is only valid for new accounts, existing accounts with low usage (processed less than £500 in transactions since account open), and applicants who haven’t previously opened an account with NabyPay.
  • To activate the Offer, the applicant must opt-in before the End Date (09/10/2025) by pressing the "Count me in" button when prompted to do so in the NabyPay application. Once prompted for the first time, the applicant has 30 days to opt-in. If the applicant does not opt-in within 30 days, the Offer cannot be activated.
  • To qualify for the reward, applicants from the date of activation then have 3 months (90 days) to process transactions with a combined value of at least £500 every 1 month (30 days) for 3 consecutive months.
  • The Offer is limited to one £50 cashback reward per applicant. To receive the reward, the applicant must have enabled Bank Payments.
  • Bank Payments must be enabled in the NabyPay application by the applicant within 120 days of activating the Offer.
  • The reward will be paid into the applicant’s NabyPay account. It can take up to 8 weeks from the date the applicant successfully qualifies for the reward to be validated and paid.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions or withdraw this Offer at any time.
  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other NabyPay offer or promotion.
